to deal with the creditors however I thought I had done my research on the company. (I did research on several companies and I guess this one slipped through the tracks) but when I went back, I discovered the company had many complaints against them.
Is there anyway to discard or null and void the power of attorney before they take any more money out of my account?

The power of attorney granted permission for the company to act on my behalf, not to take money out of my account.

Would a faxed letter saying I am null and voiding the power of attorney be sufficient?
