I am not asking which place I should work for.

I just hear so many complainst against Wal Mart & am curious if Target is any better, or are they just escaping the critisim because they aren't as big as Wal Mart?

I used to work for Wal Mart & I thin they've gone down hill a bit sense Sam Walton (founder) died.
But they have improved as far as promotions for women.
In my day, if a man was hired as a cashier, it would be only a month or so till he was promoted to Cashier manager. Very few women were ever given the position. They seem to be fair about that now.

Every mall I've been to always with two stories, has a huge flag hanging on the side from the ceiling in one of those gaps in the second floor. And most stores have those little American flag stickers on the window. Is it like a law or something, because I wouldn't think every mall would do that or every store with the stickers?

He is trying to say that because it is a shared fence that he should not have to pay for the entire cost of the vet bills for my rabbit since it was more the the original estimate. I say if his dog had not broke throught the fence in the first place this would not be an issue. If anyone has information on this type of legal matter I would appreciate hearing from you.

And as terms of your receiving the million dollars, you could never tell anyone about any of it, or even where you got the money from. It would have to remain a secret between you and Kenny. And no, this isn't a hypothetical question.

"There is no crueler tyranny than injustice which is exercised under cover of law, and with the colors of justice …."
United States vs Jannottie, 673 F.2d 578, 614 (ed Cir. 1982) Do you agree? The more I read about this profession , the more compelling it gets. Especially with criminal law, and false imprisonment, and the evasion of accountability for grand theft to the rich, even attorneys who have not rightfully earned their money. Whats your take on this topic? Is the justice system in america severely flawed?

My wife is now to the point of being touched at her work in a sexually harassing way, as her husband is there anything I can do on her behalf to put an end to it. She is afraid of saying anything for fear of retaliation. Can I file a law suit on her behalf? I have put up with the comments, but now this touching was the last straw.

Hi,
I recently just recieved a large settlement from a car accident. I was wondering if it would be ok if I had my lawyer make the check out in my grandmother's name so she can deposit it in her checking account. If not, is there a way for me to put a large check that is in my name into her checking account? Thanks!

Even though an ethics panel found that Republican Congressional "Leaders" knew of predatory and abusive actions toward Congressional Pages for many as 10 years, no one was disciplined or even given a warning. With this kind of lack of oversight or protection from these "Bottom of the Barrell" legislators The college of pages should be closed, unfortunately.

All of you who believe this sh** are being fooled by the government. Learn the truth. Seriously, most of the war on drugs is full of bullsh** paid for by the government. If you really want to know go to wikipedia and search about weed. There is no scientifical evidence to support what the government says about it killing brain cells. There is no reason that kids are getting lied to about such a wonderful plant. Those commercials that have your brain on drugs by frying an egg in a pan is tottally opposite of what happens to your brain. A posative from smoking reefer would be the prevention of alzheimers disease. Go to www.norml.org www.erowid.org and do some research on the subject instead of believing the Corruption of the government, who will do anything for money. RISE UP, BELIEVE THE TRUTH. dont fall for the lies!

Should a man or woman earning a substantial paycheck be allowed to shack up with another mate who is divorced and on welfare and those two act like a family while unmarried when a married couple could not get welfare in the same situation? Should all women get a living wage from the state?
