you really did not define the question understandably, but here
goes, if you put your house up on the person, and that person was denied bail, you are clear, if the bond was secured, and the prisoner was released because you put your house up, you are in deep kimshe if the defendant split the scene and did not show up for court.the bond gets revoked when the defendant did not follow the terms of bail and is tossed back into the jail and is awaiting trial in the county hotel(jail). right now get your house released from this bond, and i do mean now, the bail people
are up all night so you get this person off of your responsibility list.

maximum states have some fairly stiff guidlines bearing directly to revoking a bond.. if a guy or woman supplies fake suggestions to a bondsman then they are in a position to revoke the bond yet their reason could stand the attempt.. If a bondsman feels that a shopper desires psychological help or is achievable to themself or others then that's their accountability to checklist it.. as quickly as a bond is published and the bondee does all issues required by using the regulation.. then if the bond is revoked.. the fee could be returned.. you could record a criticism with the state fee or enterprise that over sees the bonding businesses.. they could be waiting to help..
