They don't look anything like they did in the add. They died tow weeks after I bought them. I had to cut ten lawns just for some brime shrimps. Can I take legal action.

first of all dear they are called sea monkeys and no you cannot sue read the fine print!!!! they have been around for over 30 years and if you actually thought a little colony of sea monkeys were going to grow then you are really young or truly naive.

Yes. But take a close look at the ad first. I'm betting they had fine print that spelled things out (knowing that no one would ever read it).

You can sue for fraud and/or breach of contract. Plead it as a class action if you want them to pay any attention to you. You'd be suing on behalf of all people who bought these sea monkeys and were ripped off. That's where the real $$$ is in lawsuits, and gets company's response.

You probably can't do anything. View this as a learning experience. Don't become a complete skeptic, but be more wary of people offering somthing for very little.
