Overpopulation is a "dying" problem, not a "birthing" problem.

these issues have been debated for years, that's the problem, debated. the cure for aids is in the near future, but it is a problem
that can easily be resolved if people would either stop having unprotected sex, or none at all, which in of it's self slows down over population which can stave off poverty. the thing with most cultures is that the people want the government to govern them to a certain extent, but don't want their rights to on how to live messed with, then they get mad at the government for all of their self imposed ills. how can we, as a world take care of what the questions you have asked? everyone needs to take self responsibility for their own actions, plain and simple, and stop looking up to the big daddy government whenever you scrape you're knees.

Over population is the biggest myth going around. Many countries are trying to figure out ways to get people to have babies because their birth rate is so low and population is decreasing.

As for the other stuff, poverty requires more capitalism in places that aren't familiar with it.

Aids requires Africans mostly, but applies to everyone to practice abstinence and safe sex.

Sorry you can't have your cake and eat it too.

They're getting closer and closer to a cure for AIDS. We need to start terra-forming other planets to solve overpopulation. That's gonna be cool.

Educate the poor and disadvantage so they can realise that there's more to life than surviving birth, having sex and dying. Provide people with medication that they need instead of letting them know that you can save their life but won't because it doesn't help your cash flow you won't. To me, that's like seeing someone drowning and not throwing them your life preserver because its a collector's item.

People have to look after people more than we do. If we did, there'd eventually be less to do and we could get back to wasting our lives away in our personalized trial way.

You can makes laws saying that people cannot have more than 2 kids per family. Several cultures are known to start having children very young and pretty much don't stop having them. I've known some hispanic families that had 7 or more children.
