Let's say a 15 year old girl is working the streets as a hooker...do you think she should be charged with prostitution along with the pimp? I think she should because she's old enough to know better and it's partly her fault, what do you guys think?

I think the same. She should be heavily charged and so should the pimp. At her gae, she may not be the brightest of people, and it will be common for her to make mistakes. So yes, she should be, along with the pimp.

I think that she should because alot of them are forced to do this. Alot of teen are poor and in result they depend on the streets. That may have been her only way for survival. Sometimes you never know what others are going through. She may have had a mother that had nothing, was left homeless and on the streets. Her mother may not have been there at all. I am in a child abuse class. You will be surprised just how many young children are homeless and result to crime for survival. You shouldn't judge. It isn't her fault if her mother/parents/family did not want her or could not afford her and let her result to the streets instead. Alot of mothers make their daughters' into prostitutes to support their drug addictions. 15 year old girls are still able to manipulate. She would not know if it is better, if she wasn't taught so. She is being sexually abused. Look it up. It is by a person that holds power over the victim(rather age or status).

Teenagers should be charged with any crime commited. However the Judge should take into consideration all factors in the case. The pimp should be strung up.

MY RESPONSE TO THIS QUESTION IS "YOU PLAY YOU PAY"
OR "DO THE CRIME, DO THE TIME." IF THEY KNOW IT IS WRONG AND THEY DO IT ANYWAYS THEN YES THEY SHOULD BE PUNISHED.
