"There is no crueler tyranny than injustice which is exercised under cover of law, and with the colors of justice …."
United States vs Jannottie, 673 F.2d 578, 614 (ed Cir. 1982) Do you agree? The more I read about this profession , the more compelling it gets. Especially with criminal law, and false imprisonment, and the evasion of accountability for grand theft to the rich, even attorneys who have not rightfully earned their money. Whats your take on this topic? Is the justice system in america severely flawed?

Second, how come fraud is a billion dollar business in the united states, because fraud brings in money, and money brings in power, and power brings in injustice. I think that any lawyer who even considers to accept 250 an hour for services and does not earn that money, it is theft. Yet, a person can go to jail for stealing a candy bar?
