Right to freedom of speech, or press. Right to bear arms. Right to be secure in our persons, houses, papers and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures, right to not be held to answer for a capital or otherwise infamous crime unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed,right to trial by jury if controversy exceeds 20 dollars, right not to have excessive bail, right to be a citizen, not to be a slave and the right to vote.
