Being Sexual Molested

For some time now I have been the victim of sexual molestation.
I have been drugged, then raped and sodomized while I sleep in my home.
Over the course of hours and days feel the affect of theses attacks, I think as the drug wares off. Those who commit this horrible act have a routine of letting me know. Their "signs" are not illegal and only after the fact.
How and when I induce the drug, I don't know. The attackers have a seldom broken rule not to stealing money or other valuables in the house. So, when I go to the police, one of the reasons they don't believe me is because, usually, nothing is missing. The motivation is not to steal but to molest and hurt me. This is a crime for the sake and reward of hate. Hate is the main gratification. Those who are responsible for doing this charge boys and men for the pleasure of raping me while I am "sleep".
I have bolted my doors and windows shut at night. I put objects in front of my locked bedroom door. When those measures get a little lacked (I actually am a prisoner in my own home) I get assaulted in my "sleep"
The police not so politely suggested I am crazy (One thing they ask is why am I so "important" for someone to go through all that it would take to pull this off? I don't know,). To eliminate that from the list I had a through psycho analyst done. Results: sane, ground in reality. One point that raised the eyebrows of the doctor was that I have moved and these attacks have followed me.
Here are some facts: (1) I am the target of a organized, sustained sexual assault (2) Various people are "invited" to do the actual assault (3) Indicators by those involved are the same after the attacks.
What can I do?

I have included a few things that I have written to her in a letter:

The circumstances that led to my decision to finally leave your company are your inability to pay your employees on time. I have had this happen twice before in the 14 months that I have been with you and the third time was and is the last time...... Per you, payday is on Tuesday. According to the Texas Payday Law, if you are going to send out our pay checks they need to arrive no later than PAYDAY! It is ridiculous that I would have to call you to receive my check almost a week later. By the way, the check that you “supposedly” sent out still has not made it so that leads me to believe that you didn’t bother to send it out in the first place.... That is the “classic Jane Doe way”. When you run a company you need to take care of the people that made you that money. I am very upset in the position that you left me in and YOU caused me to have to pay money out of my pocket to cover charges that you caused.

I have additional information she has done this 3 other times. She is know for doing this to her employees. I want her to get taught a lesson. There are a lot on people that work for her that don't or won't stand up for themselves where she is concerned. She has them believing everything that she says and she intimidates them. The vast majority of her employees are "spanish-speaking" people that are citizens. They don't understand their rights and are afraid to confront her because she controls a majority of the jobs in our little town. People that have contracts with her are not aware of this.

I have an agreement with my lawyer that he gets 40% of my settlement. Most of my medical bills have already been paid by my auto insurance. But my question is... does the lawyer get his 40% and then take out extra for other expenses he has incurred such as phone calls, letters, etc. OR does he just take out what he spent to send me to an IME (Independent Medical Examination) and stuff like that?

We get invited to my sons friends mom's birthday party by her husband. He was my sons football coach. We have lived in this subdivision for 7 months now, so kind of getting to know everyone now. I decide not to go, so my wife and son go and during the birthday, the kids start thinking of getting cake on her face, and the husband says, "yea do it". My son is standing next to one of the kids which has cake and my son hits his hand and the kid continues to put cake on her face (birthday lady).

The lady absolutely flips out and proceeds to continously slap my son including scratching his face screaming for him to get out and never come back. My son just looked at her while she continued to slap and scratch him. He then left and came home with scratches on his face. Should I sue....? BTW, I don't need any money so it's not one of those cases. BTW 2, No appology in the past 3 days. Should I sue....?

My sister in law stole my daughter Jennifer when she was 6, she is now 16. The sister in law went to the family court in N.Y. and said that me and my husband were homeless, that he is crazy, and that we were forcing Jennifer to learn the Ten Commandents. Well to make a long story short, we hired an attorney to no avail, and we did not get Jennifer back. My husband and I are the parents of 6 kids, Jennifer being the oldest, we have been caring and providing for the other kids, why not Jennifer?? New York has been after me for child support and for 10 years we have had NO CONTACT at all with Jennifer!! A person that pays child support gets to see their child!! This whole thing is very hard to believe, but believe me this is a living nightmare not only for me as a mother, but it has dramatially changed my other children as well.

I am a full time college student with a part time job. I can't afford an attorney to even get visitation of my three year old son. I am not an unfit parent. I got in trouble and was sent to prison for OWI when I was 22yo. I am now 24. My aunt has my son and the agreement was that I would get him back when I was back on my feet. The closer I got the less she allowed me to see him. She is having problems with having children and just had another miscairrage of twins and I feel that her situation has a lot to do with her not wanting to let go of my son. She is my family and I don't want to hurt her but she is not worried about what this is doing to my son. He has got to be very confused and he is only 3yo. Any advice would be great. Thanks.

If the ban is even enforced, do you think it will actually work at reducing the number of smokers? - will establishments such as bars/pubs/clubs really suffer as a result of the ban?

I have nothing against charity, but she is doing this against my landlord's wishes. He has repeatedly told her to get them out, and she tell him they will be gone the next day, and yet they are still there three weeks later. One of them walked into another neighbor's apartment without knocking and tried to give her a bottle of whiskey.
They tried to steal my broom from me when I was out sweeping the walk, and wouldn't go away. My mother finally chased them when she arrived.
In homeless shelters, they don't allow you in when you are drunk or stoned, and they don't let you bring drugs or alcohol into the building. These are rules that my neighbor doesn't enforce. So basically they could fall asleep with a cigarette, and burn our building down...What are my options?

Are we Indians foolish to destroy the public properties and make the economy good to bad?

Why should the common man resort to street violence and destroy properties rather than finding solution to all problems.

If you were sitting down and getting on with your work and because you produced an accounts print out that your boss didn't understand and you offered to produce another print out (the difference between invoices and credit notes) which the boss refused and the he told you that he had had a 'f**king 'nough of you today' and you replied 'I, of you, too.' Then he gestured to the door and said 'Go.' - and you went, would you feel that you had resonable grounds for unfair dismissal?

Personally i do ! I would go the whole hog and bring back hanging too .. Britain is in a sad state of affairs regarding crime and punishment .. The youth of today have no need to fear as they are so well protected by the law that parents can`t give their own unruly kids a good whack ! It never done me any harm when i was younger . It must be a thankless job also to be a teacher when they too have no control over kids who just want to make a nuisance of themselves . I know a boy who receives £25 a week if he can behave at school all week , this money isn`t from his parents its from the Government in some capacity ! How ridiculous ??

What about fatty food in all public places - It's very damaging to your health.

What about Cars and the fumes they create - again, very unpleasant for those of us who walk and ride.

Any other ideas for this Nanny government - Beware of giving your freedom of choice away to the few. Before you know there will be very little left.

If England had forced an end to our Civil War, who would have helped them out in 1940? The farmers in the Confederate States? Nope. The defeated but heavily industrialized United States? Who would help an enemy? No sir. England would have been over run by Germany in 1940 and no one over here would even care. Now, the Confederacy might have invaded Mexico. They had almost said as much back in 1863. That would have made them land-rich but not very powerful. I am sure they would have tangled with Spain but I'm not sure they would win unless England helped them out again. Could you imagine modern slavery? (And NO I don't mean illegal immigrants!)
