The employer did not get my payroll check to me on time....a week later to be exact.

It wouldn't be an EEOC issue. That is the wrong forum. It would be Wage & Hour. Same thoughts from above apply. Is this a one-time or a repeated thing? If one-time, they aren't going to look twice at you. Sometimes - sh*t happens.

Contact the Employment Security Commission and file a complaint.

Is this something that happens all the time or just happened once. If just once maybe it was an honest mistake. Let it go and if she does it again then report her to the EEOC

a one- time error is part of life
if it is more than that..... every state has a labor board
( deptartment of labor)
