Is there any cheap rotary service (to certify true copy of documents and certificates) in Singapore?

Heard there is a government agency doing this for $2 per document. But can't seems to find such a service.

Found out from Commissioner For Oaths that they do not provide such service. Need to get a Rotary Public to certify true copy of documents for sending overseas.

I have found a law firm at Adelphi and they charge $10 for first page and $2 for subsequent pages. Decent price. Will get my documents certified there.

Thanks all for the info and input.

I don't think so. There is a certain fees to pay for if you required to have a certified true copy document
