I have full custidy of our daughter, he pays child support & health insurance for her. He wants to claim her on his taxes this year. The divorce decree states that I will claim her. I tried telling him that in order to be able to claim her she had to live with him over 50% of the year, he hasn't even kept her over night but maybe 6 times this whole year. So I am going to claim her, but what will happen if he also tries to claim her?

assuming the wife is a patient of the same doctor, the wife wants to stop using condoms so they can have a kid.

my friend mandy found a check that was signed and filled out for around 1000 dollars but not made out to anyone so she put her name on it and cashed it she got a call from a detective investigaging check fraud she is scared shitless she figured it was like finding money kinda stupid i think but what is going to happen to her can she get in some real truouble or do you think she can get off this is the only thing she has ever done other than tickets what do you think??

i live in florida and subcontract as a mortgage processor. my boss owes me for 3 deals that have closed which includes one check that bounced. If i cannot place a lien what are my remedies. while the amount is not much, it has put me in a position where i cannot justify working more deals for her until i know i can get paid for the deals that have closed. Does the UK have any places that can compete with places like watts, compton, harlem, southside chicacgo, new orleans, detroit, etc. as far as crime and gangs?

I would like to know the specific rules regarding the American Flag (As in not letting it touch the ground, etc.) I have a question regarding puting words on it. I was wondering if it was OK to put wording on the flag itself along the bottom- If i did could that break any weird laws regarding the flag? Someone i know wanted an American Flag to fly as their dune buggy whip with the words on it "love it or leave it". I was going to attempt to make this for them as a Christmas gift, but then i got to wondering if this would break any no no's for flags. Please help me- any thoughts would help.

...i was recently given a 30 day eviction notice by the landlord.The notice claims that i made damages to newly installed carpet in the hallway.However,the damage was not made by me which is why i don't understand why i am being wrongfully accused.There is a rug burn that was made with a bicycle,my children don't even own bicyles and we live in an apartment.I asked the landlord for the owner's # but he won't give it to me.So i don't know what to do after the 30 day notice is up,I have no where to go...me and my 4 children will be left without a home.Does anyone know what i can do????
