Does the UK have any places that can compete with places like watts, compton, harlem, southside chicacgo, new orleans, detroit, etc. as far as crime and gangs?
I hear that Glasgow, Scotland is bad... but is it just bad for UK standards.. or what? Is it even close to a compton?

Most of the world has devient minds....anywhere there isnt a power strugle there will be inter conflict. You have to look at the laws of an area, social standings, maybe even the weather. Keep the laws realistic, Keep people happy, Love sunshine, take away the seven deadly sins,,,,,add 2 ground rules for every one to bye & you wont have gangsters, devients, roving bands of marauders, or crime. Cause you cant have gangsters with out crime.

The answer is quite simply yes however its not anything to be proud of in my opinion.
Glasgow may be bad but i wouldn't say they had gangstas that would fall to places such as manchester, birmingham and london - urban settings with a high population of people who try to emulate what they see in american movies/music videos, but i don't think you can even compare gangstas in the states to gangstas in the UK because crime of that nature hasn't reached the proportions it has in the USA but that's not to say things are not moving in that direction because gun crime for one is on the rise.

Every city has its "gangstas"----and by the way they are not all in the predominantly Black cities. They're in ALL cities.
