I was born and brought up in Hyderabad. Now I am 29 years old, but do not have any identity proof such as driving licence, passport, PAN, voter card. I have only SSC Certificate, but I want to change my name with my in-laws surname and my husband's name after my first name. I want to apply for Passport, PAN and driving license with the new name. I am working for a Corporate Company and the name in the company is with my in-laws surname. My identity card, bank account, PF account is in this name only. But I dont hav any legal documents in support of that. Pl do guide me.

I called Child Protective Services on my friend the other day because she was being accused and present during a time when my neighbor attempted to kill his mother. While I told CPS that the child was not present and that from what I was told the mother was accused of having the gun in her possession, my concern was that if the above were true what was going to happen to the child. The mother already had an open report about her and she is an extreme alcoholic and goes from house to house with the child. She has even been in my home and i had to tell her to not come around anymore because of her drinking and horrible behavior and I have three children. She some how knows I called and has threatened to bring me and my kids down with her. Is this legal and can I be suede for acting in good faith? I never said she had the gun only that it was a claim against her and that was found to be true so CPS picked the child up.

too many families have been broken up and irreparable damages done to all family members by the mondale act that not only contradicts a basic tenant and founding principle of american law: that a defendant is considered innocent of the alleged charges until proven guilty, beyond a reasonable doubt , by a jury of his peers. the execution of policies under the mondale act totally reverses our law ,:presuming the defendant guilty until proven innocent. this is not only inequitable, it's unconstitutional. we can thank the last democrat controlled congress and former president carter for his signing this bill and enacting it into law in the '70s

I have been in court a few times, and it would seem that the US constitution is no longer in effect. For example, I was found guilty by a court convened by the Environmental protection Agency for selling my hand-printed t-shirts on the street, even though I proved that I had a constitutional right to do so. Once I asked for a jury trial for a $50 parking ticket, but my request was denied even though the constitution clearly states that I am entitled to a jury trial for any matter exceeding $40. I am beginning to believe that the US government has secretly cancelled the constitution, perhaps through a secret Executive order. Is this possible?
