She has been jailed for most of her adult life because of it. Now she has been released from prison, its winter, and she has decided to move in with my daughter, son in law ans their children. However, she continues to steal, and lie, and is eventualy going to get caught again. They can't very well turn hrout in the middle of winter, as much as they would love to. The big problem is that I babysit for them, and she makes no bones that she should be doing so, since she feels she needs the money more. She has started doing mean, spiteful things to me and the oldest chld, since he isn't her grandchild. ( Today, she threw a hard plastic toy at me, just missing my head) Should I call the police and report her theft again, bringing them to my grandkids home, or should I just let it go until she does something serious enough tohave her charged with assault?

As far as i know ......Discrimination of females is against the law
And too many religions practice it... Why should they get away with it?
Example.........Sharia law........................Muslims want to ban women from a mosque
How can this be tolerated....Any religion that believe women are second class citizens should be shut down banned and the evil doer thrown in jail

If this happened the world would be a better place...We have to start somewhere

Been with my GF for 2 years. I have 2 other children both grls from a past relat. My ex and I hve joint custdy & I hve visitation set 3 days a wk where they are with me and my family during that time. A court order is already in place for me 2 hve them during my 3 days. 2 of that days that I hve my grls I work 3rd shift but only during the night time. My 2 grls spend at my mother’s house while I am at work. My ex-wife brought my 6 yr old has a cell phone and she brings it over my house and my GF and I set rules in our house that she is allowed 2 use the phone only at certain times. My 6 yr old cried one day because she didn’t agree and my GF pulled her by her shirt and told her 2 stop crying. My ex-wife found out and is pulling the abuse scam on us and decided 2 try 2 pick my kids up during the time the court order says I am suppose 2 hve them. Can she do that? Is this legal? Does she hve the right 2 up and decide that she wants 2 take them when there is a court says to be with me?

I went to court to file for divorce, my husband was served and I got the papers back from the sheriffs department that i'm supposed to bring back to court, I haen't taken thm back because my husband promised me he would stop drinking (99% of the reason I was filing) he stoped for a few days then started up again. Can I still take the paper back to court or would I have to start from the begining again?

I am 23 and work at Jewel. After my shift I was going to buy liqour and cigars. Everyone I work with knows I'm over 21 years old. When I went to pay for it they asked me for ID. The pay by touch is supposed to verify my age, but for some reason it didn't work. I thought see was joking since she clearly knows im over 21. She asked the manager, and she said if he didn't have it, then don't sell it to him. She says how do we know you are 21. I said, you seen me sell liqour, so how can I sell liquor, but not buy, it. I think they didn't want me smoking and drinking because they say its bad for, me which is true, but thats besides the point. Then I though, I would see if the pay by touch would work on register 1, it didn't. The other person didn't sell it to me ether. I know they they technically had a right to rufuese, but should they of, since they clearly knew I was over 21. This is also the first time i have been carded. I bought liqour many times their.

I have not been fired yet but it seems my boss has an itching to do it. My boss does not like me and has had it in for me for quite some time.I was suspended over a year ago and that was termed "insubordination." I know that sounds awful, but I was put in an unethical situation and stood my ground which led to an argument. 1 month later my entire job was reworked into something very unpleasant and I stuck on in the hope that the restructure would fail. It's failing but it's not changing. I applied for a position in a different department because I don't dislike the company, just my manager and my job, and was denied. I was just written up last week for nitpicky reasons, some of which were actually untrue after I researched them further and printed out e-mail documentation.I signed a document indicating that I would comply with their nitpicks but I think they will find a way to fire me anyway.I am under severe distress and need some advice on whether or not I'd be eligible if fired.
