Hello-

If you are a grandparent, you have rights. Here is a list of potential sites for your perusal:

http://www.grandparentsrights.org/

http://www.grandtimes.com/visit.html

http://www.pbs.org/newshour/extra/features/jan-june00/grandparents.html

I have not personally read these websites thoroughly, so I can not vouch for them. That being said, google is an awesome tool. Use it.

If you are a parent who feels your childrens grandparents are unfit, document document document. There are always two sides to every story and in the end... the only thing that truly matters... are the children.

many state laws now provide reasonable visitation rights for maternal and paternal grandparents. However, since legislation varies widely from state to state, even if you win your case in one state, you will have to start all over again if your grandchildren move to another state.

Rights differ in each state. I would try contacting district court offices that might be able to refer you to a site you can research.
