Censorship, On issuses that affect safety is warrented, but also censorship of objectable content should be left up for the local goverments. The local goverment can make smut shops leave town, or they there business be out of city limits. Freedom of Speech is enshrined freedom, but also gotta factor in what the local community deems what content is accpetable and what is not
