DS - My ex is to pay £100.37 p/w (For 2 kids) and he is able to earn £600 per week, sounds to me like your brief didn't do his job properly which is bang out of order. I was happy with £88pw first set over 10 years ago, the CSA upted it on there own volition, NOT at my request!

Ex husband is apparently self employed, he did this to avoid an attachment of earning order!

Gary - Perhaps it's about time you did chase them for money. Equal responsibility. I think my email to you was very self explanatory.

The judge jailed my exhusband for six months. His reasoning - he's doing everything he can to avoid paying maintenance anyway. Naming and shaming is a bit like a toothless guard dog. No good at all. Name them, jail them.
Children need to eat. They need to drink, having a roof over their heads, go to school, wear clothes, etc etc. It all costs. Guys - these are YOUR chidlren. They need you, they need to know you love them, care about them and will look after them.
And yes, I know there are women who abuse the system. I'm talking from personal experience ie someone who struggled to put food on the table while her ex-husband lived it up in hotels!

properly I see little or no communicate on the desires of the infants right here so a techniques. a guy could help to pay for the maintenance of any infants that he has fathered and he should additionally get carry of get admission to work out you later as that's not volatile to the infants (and that i advise emotionally and so on not in simple terms bodily - if he's a foul place sort and disturbs their upbringing via the mum then touch could be constrained).the comparable is going in opposite in the (rarer) circumstances the place the daddy has custody. As for this concept of naming and shaming on the internet - what do you think of the infants will sense like if their Father's call is printed on the internet and different infants discover out and tease them in the playground? that is nonsense - the courts could pursue non-paying Fathers and deduct the money from their wages/earnings if self-employed AT source not wait till they don't pay after which attempt to chase them up on an identical time as the mum and young ones go through for months or perhaps years. suitable needs, Joan

name and shame...?!!! i dont understand what the point would be?

if you and the taxman know where the partner lives and or works then how come monies are not just taken out of the wage packet via the taxman or the employer....sorry i dont understand, maybe if people were more aware of the hardships and hassle caused by a family split they would think twice before parting company....or even getting together in the first place. and if his new partner was aware of the mess he's left behind then maybe she would have second thoughts too.....(he/she is only figurative...i appreciate it can be ANY way round)

Goodness only knows what my ex owes the taxman, he has never paid 1 penny of maintainance since we split when my 1st child was 3 and I was pregnant with my 2nd. My youngest is now 18, that must add up to quite a few thousands too!...;

Some years ago, attempting to get payment by publicising the names of people who owed money (to lenders, their friends, or whoever) was considered so unethical that it was made a criminal offence. It's interesting how the Government's standards vary when it finds itself out of pocket, because of the additional Social Security payments it has to make.

I am sorry you have problems and I really do sympathise with you but can you give me your ex's E mail address so that he can advise me on how to beat the CSA? They are hounding me for £4000 to pay for a child that is NOT mine. Men are victims as well.

Not only are the CSA incompetent, but they are theives and liars as well and so are some of the women who claim to be victims.

If they name and shame me they will be penalising an innocent man.

lol sorry for laughing but I cant help it when I looked at the photo of your big eared ,speccy bean pole ex husband on your 360 page.

It is well dodgy right enough not giving you any cash to raise your children.

The least he could do is be a man about it and cough up.

i'm probably the same as yourself, come from a very stable loving family. if your hubby left you and his own kids its his loss. no amount of money can reimburse you the kids or feeling of being a pathetic asshole that he is. forget him forget the money. a parent shouldnt have to fight for nothing from either partner or have to ask. hes gone he can kiss your kids goodbye!

Also name and shame the women who also desert their children, why do people like you tar all people with the same brush, I have joint custody and pay my share why should i pay my ex and her new partners lifestyle

People like you make me sick its no wonder he left !!!!!

Gripe, Thats not a gripe, some people work so hard trying to make a new life after theres was destroyed and the woman is only interested in money, thats why i get so pissed, we are not all the same, how many women leave their partners with the kids to a better life we do not chase them for money.
