my injury left me unemployed and when my dr labled me permenent and stationary, the zenith claims administrator reduced my disabillity payments from 2/3 of my avg. weekly pay to the rediculous state maximum of $220 per week, and then had the nerve to say she disagreed with their findings. how can i survive on 220 per week?

the hard part to swallow is, that as much as a governor can do and as hard as he can work toward a needed reform. the law only allows him to " propose". and grants the legislature the right to " dispose " through legislative processes that can be costly and slow. i'm sure the governor would welcome a chance to sign a bill into law that genuinely brings badly needed reforms to those who need it most. not merely for political gain. but the deep satisfaction that comes from knowing he's made a difference for the better. that satisfaction will outlast any job, fame, or fortune a man may have. no administrative flunkie has any right to contradict a licensed physicians prognosis and reduce your payments arbitrarily,without due process as codified in the law. and maintaining your prior level of compensation. the only way is to having her charged with violating your rights to due process
to get your comp' back and getting her up on charges to have her removed and barred from practice by the. licensing division of the califonia state boad of regents. you may also file a lawsuit against the outfit she belongs to seeking punitive damages for abuse of the disabled'.call the aclu to get an advocate to help you
