There is no solution that humans can come up with, as time goes on crime and violence is only getting worse, however although this is a horrible concept, the amount of crime an violence in the world is a strong indication that soon god will step in to bring the solution. (2 Tim 3:1-5)

All of this including the world wars and other since, earthquakes, famines, diseases and decaying morals worldwide was prophesied to happen in this time, it means that soon god will fulfill his promise to end wickedness forever, Psalm 37:10, 11 says: “Just a little while longer, and the wicked one will be no more. . . . But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth, and they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace.”

No.... Some people just have too much greed(white colar crimes). Some people feel there is no other way. Some people are just violent or criminal mentally. Some people are raised that way. Someone will always find a reason. Criminals don't think about punishment-that is why they are criminals. They feel their chances for being caught are low-so a harsher punishment will not work. People still kill in states where the death penalty is used because they do not care about punishment or think about it. So no crime will never end. People could never get along that great. There will always be someone that a person do not like and will kill the person.ALWAYS.

Crime will only end when the punishment is harsh enough. As Capitol Punishment is applied less often than it used to be metted out, the amount of crime, especially violent crimes, has grown disproportionately to the population increase. Probation, parole and lesser punishments lead to less fear of being caught by the authorities. A lock keeps an honest person honest. Punishment keeps criminals from action out.

Humans are clever, mischievious creatures with a strong predatory streak. It comes from many years of trying not to be food for lions or to get food from other humans when one was hungry. Due to human nature, crime will never end.

The best we can do is ensure that the potential victims are not deprived of their ability to stop the aggressor in his tracks.

A Glock 9mm is an expedient tool for that.
