Long story short, I have been having problems with my neighbor's 2 dogs digging under our fence and getting into our yard with our dogs for quite awhile. Not to mention, they have messed up the fence in numerous places. Our neighbors put a hand written letter without an envelope nor a stamp (of course) into my mailbox today basically making up stories and threatening us to get us back.

I live in Va and i have a neighbor that is constantly harassing my family when I away. Even sometimes when i return he or his wife is calling my house or trying to tell my kids where they can and can't play. As i've spoken to him about this in the pass the sidewalk is consider public property. Because i goes infront of his house (the neigbhor hood has a one side sidewalk that goes completely around the lake on the Left side) this does not allow him to control who can and cannot play on this portion of the sidewalk. I've really feed up with this type of constant harrassment from him and his family. They are trying to be trolls of the neighborhood. I have not had a problem with any of the neighbors around me just this one. I've tried to be reasonable and keep my kids from playing in or around his area, but this has gotten out of hand. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. Thanks.

were selfish and closeminded? I mean people right in there when katrina hit. I have talked to people out there who are still recovering and there is not much sympathy for people in suffering.

My apartment complex is horrible. Here's a little background: I've been living here for almost a year, and in that time everything's broke at least once. Most recently my refridgerator went out (TWICE)...and I lost about $40 worth of food...which may not sound like a lot, but I'm really really struggling w/money right now. I asked them to reimburse me...but they refused. My rent is due by the 5th, and it states in my lease that you have until the 12th to pay (w/a 10% fee) before they turn you over to collections. Again, I'm struggling with money right now...so on the 12th i dropped off my money order (w/the 10% fee)...I was told that I had to have it in BY the 12th---meaning 5:00pm on the 11th!!! SO...I quickly went home & double checked my lease.

That's when I noticed, that it states I owe $750/month. However, I pay $765/month (because I was told there's a $15 fee for my cat). It does not state the $765/Month ANYWHERE in my lease...is this legal? Is there anything I can do...??

Before you begin a survey ask them, "Are you w/ the APA (American Psychological Association) or IRB (institutional review boards)? I cannot give out any info to you." Don't answer any questions from any phony survey. you might become an identy thieft victim. Just say, "Are you from APA or IRB?" Hang up.

How is this any different than lotion or perfume? In fact a quart of Wesson Oil is less likely to irrate the senses of someone with allergies.

and I do mean a true law abiding citizen. Someone who breaks no laws at all.

If not, why have any respect for laws? Why not just set your own morals and tip-toe around laws you disagree with so you don't get caught? You're a criminal anyway...

Excuse me? Have you read any of the responses? How rediculous. Some of the people who have read what I've said are actually turning my words around, and accusing me of saying I think people should be punished for something they "didn't do. Whatever.
Okie-dokie! How's this? Pedophiles should be put to death
once it is a "FACT" they ARE a PEDOPHILE!!!!! Go ahead, defend the sob's....They are !@#$% and if nothing else, they get to answer to God.....even if they never get caught or found out here on earth...God knows what they are. BYE-BYE

What about the "legal rights" of the innocent children? I'm not talking about a teenager who lied about her age, then cried rape after she willingly gave in. I'm not talking about a person under stress who stole 100 dollars from their boss, because they are under paid, then went to jail.
I'm talking about someone who preferes a little child instead of an adult! Someone who is willing to mess up that child life, for the "REST" of their life, and not give a damn! "THAT'S" what I'm talking about! And NO, when a person makes that choice, they sure in the hell shouldn't have the right to anything!

No, you duck! You are deranged! How "clear" does it have to be said? The pedophiles who "ARE" pedophiles, and it is a "fact" that they are such, should "not" be allowed to live
or be in prison! They do "not" get healed or better with time.
In fact, most of them get worse! Deranged "is" a good de
scription for pedophiles.....And why in the hell are "you" defending them and the government? Hmmm....You have the right to feel the way you do about this, and I have the right to "my" feelings on it. However, it is people like you that keep these sick people fed, clothed, and medically just fine, so they are "okay" when they get out! !@#$%^ YOU!

Last October I was lost in Canada and ended up driving on a toll road (unbeknownst to me since there were no toll booths). A few weeks after returning home I recieved a fine in the mail. I wasn't sure how to pay since I only had USD, and the fine was in Canadian money. I have since found out how to pay, but I have misplaced the letter. I need a website, address, or phone number so I can send my payment. I miss my maple candy, and Toronto visits! Please help!
