Everyone should know in the laste 80's early 90's the goverment was funding the Needle Exchange Program throughtout the world which basically was a van that carried clean needles and drug addicts could come and exchange there dirty needles with clean needles to stop the spread of AIDS, but in a sense isnt that a contradiction of the government why if your trying to stop drug use would you support the habit?? by saying well drugs harm people but AIDS kill people. The governmet has a lot of explaining to do with this one.

Is it legal to hold a person against their wishes in this country and for how long and under what circumstances? Can you torture them while you have them under your control? What is the best excuse for doing this? Who are the people that can legally do this and what gives them this right under the United States Constitution?

If we did to others what psychiatry does to many people it would be considered assault I think? Since there is no valid reliable scientific medical evidence to call it a disease, there is no right to use mental illness to restrain a person or force your will on them in that way. So I want to know what assault is and what psychiatric assualt would be? If you could prove this who would you charge for it and how?

My Husband was over paid twice this month and now his employer is taking it out of his next paychek. Now when I was back in school, my ecom teacher told us that a check is a contract that both parties agree on if both people sign it. Is that true? Can they really take the money out from his next check?

A friend of mine was accused of kidnapping and sexual assalt, the charges were dropped for lack of evidence, this was seven years ago and since then has moved on to another state.
When the accuser found out where he lives, that person went to the prosecuter "where my friend now lives" and told them that he was a sexual offender and wasn't registered. Alltho my friend had copies of the case, showing it had been dropped for lack of evidence, he was arrested and now sits in Jail waiting to go in front of another Judge. why is this ?

This is kinda complicated...I am asking this because I am scheduled to go to court against my ex next month. His grandmother used to be a victim's advocate for abused and battered women in the county where we will be attending court. She often attended court proceedings with them, and encouraged them to press charges against their abusers. At the time she provided these services for the abused the District Attorney at the county's courthouse was, let's call her, Jane Doe. Well, Jane Doe is now known as Judge Jane Doe. I recently discovered that she has been assigned to our case. Is this not considered a conflict of interest since she most likely worked with his grandmother occassionally? Can I ask my lawyer to file a motion for recusal?

Iam having trouble cashing checks issued to my given name "Mary", on birth certificate name is "Maria" and bank will not let me open account or cash checks issued under Mary. Since 9/11 banks have been very strict I understand this but there must be something I can do to show proof legally that "Maria", "Mary" is one in the same as I am without having to change my birth name. Everyone else know's me only by" Mary "unless I go to a different country and if I introduce myself as "Mary" they would call me "Maria". Go figure. SO What Can I do? (And no I am not Spanish but I'm wondering if I was would I still have this dilemma? ) This is not an alias or AKA, I've never used those phrases with my name. ANd the bank is telling me they won't accept 'alias'. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you..
