The agreement was that we would use all money made as a band to pay off the equipment. Is there some kind of legal document that I can print have everyone sign holding them responsible for there portion?

What do you think?

Client breaks out the window of a pawn shop. Its early in the morning
and still dark. He is looking through the window, but before he tries to
go in he is shot by the owner who is inside the shop. He was initially
charged with comercial burlary, but those charges were reduced to
criminal mischief since he never got in side the building. He wants to
sue the shop owner for shooting him. He is disabled because of the
gunshot wound. Client did not have a gun and the shop owner gave no
warning before shooting. Does he have a case?

How is that in the United States, a nation that is SUPPOSED to standup for and represent human rights, completely go the other direction in not recognizing the "Enemy Combatants" as Prisnors of War? i have recently been charged with the following misdemeanors/violations, breach of peace, and assault 3rd degree. i was driving today and took a right turn at a red light i waited for the cars to pass, another was following i had plenty of room so i went, the person behind me however got angry and turn into the lane next to me to swear at me and so forth til the point which i swore back at him and threw pennys at him then took a right and he chased me and called the cops i was arrested and it is obvous that i threw the pennies as 4 people said they saw me do it so i am obvously guitly of the crimes and now have a court date, but they claim i chipped there tooth so would it be smart to plead no contest incase they try to sue me after this case.. any other info on what kinda peneltys i will be faced with would also be great thank you

ps. i dont belive they have any evidence of the chipped tooth such as the other half, i never saw the man show it.. i truly think the guy made this up

My conviction was 8 years ago. I plead guilty to a second degree assault charge. I was was not guilty of the original charge, but my public defender was not much help to me. The charge has ruined my life, and despite the fact that I was told I can't overturn the verdict I feel that it can be done. I am not the criminal that they have made me out to be. I would also like to know if I could get my rights to vote and \or bear arms for no other reason than to have all my rights back

Murdoch didn't want the court to order that his client reveal all the joint GIC's she converted to her own use. He therefore assisted her to fabricate a totally false affidavit, repeated all the lies in his factum and got $40,000.of the stolen money for his own use i.e. his fee.

This employee quit voluntarily today, but now he won't return our equipment. Our managers have gone to his home to try to retrieve the items, but the employee's family say he is not home. What can we do? Call the police for assistance? We need to get back our expensive equipments from the employee before he claims they are stolen.

He's charged with possession or weed & cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, driving his car without insurance, breaking curfew, open liquor, $2,220 in un-paid speeding tickets and there's probaly more. Plus several fines.

He probaly is going to jail, but i can only hope not, should i wait for him, i really do love him but don't want to be alone and be with someone so stupid.

My grand-mother left a will, and the bank manager was the executer, he said he had given it to my mother. I presume my mother would have had to take it to a court. but where would it have gone from there, and where would i find it.

I'll rank them from least combat effective to most and you just draw the line or voice your opinion. I'm looking to get a concensus of see what people think on this. Preferably draw the line between two weapon types. I've left the list BROAD. Don't take it as a joke please.

no weapons should be legal for the US military to own, Bottle Rockets, BB guns, Bow & arrows, medeival throwing devices like catapults and trebuchets, low powered rifles(22), shotguns, semi-automatic handguns, high powered hunting rifles, sub-machine guns, assualt rifles/sniper rifles, machine guns, hand grenades, RPG's, combat vehicles like tanks, scud missiles, fighter jets, chemical and biolotical weapons, nuclear warheads, ultra small and powerful but not yet existent antimatter bombs, or there should be no laws against US military possession of weapons...

You may also argue that I have them in the wrong order if your line can't be drawn.

I work for a billion dollar company I am A supervisor there are a bout 100 employees in my warehouse .There is a very complex theft ring at my work involving other supervisors and even people higher up . They are stealing anywhere from $5,000-$40,000 worth of product a week. they want me to be involved i have been aproched a few times in the last month.they offer me money to just "turn my head"
