Duh, them there sand heathens don't believe in sweet baby jesus, thus it makes it alright to blow them up, shoot-em-up and torture them, so sayeth the preacher, Dick Cheney.

If only you knew what torture was. In the United States, we sleep deprive the enemy and blast the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Sounds silly but it works...and to think we don't have to break any limbs. That's not torture. That's coerced interrogation.
Sometimes, my friend, you need to get information out of someone for the sake of our national security. And by the way, I think you mean "How can a Christian not CONDEMN torture." To condone is to support.
Whenever I wonder if we go too far it helps to remember:
"Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to think coerced interrogation is worse than the slaughter of innocent people..."

this is a reasonably asinine fact. fairly considering which you likely comprehend that Christians (or the different faith for that remember) have faith that ethical codes are in place as a instruction manual to help us strengthen into one with God - sin being something that separates us from God. it rather is a non secular question, yet you've gotten non secular people attitude the question with their incorrect human minds extremely than their spirit. Your suggestions will by no skill circulate away your physique. it rather is going to rot on your head once you die, and each little thing you concept will rot with it. Your spirit is the only component to you that has any wish of ever getting into touch with God. God is non secular, no longer actual. you should be extremely empty. You deny the main needed component to your self - your soul. Do you even hear your sense of right and incorrect anymore? Or did you kill that too?

I believe you need to read the Constitution under separation of church and state. The President of the United States has a duty to protect and preserve American Life, and will do so under any condition and will always be a representative of the majority.
I am a Service Member of the United States, I protect your right to speak unintelligently.
Thank you for your time.

By accepting reality and you need to stop buying into the "golden city on the hill" mythos. The US is no better or worse than any other nation in the world and considerably worse in dealing with other countries. Not a value judgement, but when you are the sole superpower on the planet you can't make everybody happy, as is attested to by our militant islamic brothers that used to be our allies.

Sure... when torture is defined as not providing a soft enough mattress and pillow.
BTW: Prisoners of war are solders in uniform. Saboteurs and Spys (those not in uniform) are not solders and can be shot on sight.

christian have quite a history of torture in case you didn't know, its not exactly a sunday school topic, however i agree that torture should be used to extract information when it is necessary, but acccording to jesus christ you should turn the other cheek remember? your not suppose to attack other countries, especially those that have done nothing to you(like iraq).

Spyder needs to read the first amendment. Separation of church and state isn't there.
