This is a serious crime punishable by law & you decide to ask the people at YA how you should handle this?
Sounds a bit fishy to me.

Obviously you're in a bit of a pickle. Turning them in is the right option for two reasons--first it's the right thing to do and second it will catch up to you if you don't. There's only so long that will go on before it blows up in everyone's faces. Someone somewhere will eventually notice the accounting doesn't work out or shrinkage is out of line with other warehouses or with the industry.
An issue is that people who steal things may very likely get hostile when faced with an obstacle of any kind. It might not be a bad time to start looking for a new position since this certainly sounds like it has the potential for escalating. When you're in a warehouse alone with a bunch of people who suspect you've turned them in, it's possible they could throw you a little party.
I can try to help if you need help. My e-mail is kurtbf at Yahoo.

If this is really happening...you should be reporting it. If you do not or worse yet, you actually accept money to "look the other way", you could be fired &/or charged.
Go to your manager immediately. If you actually work for a billion dollar company, then they should have a security department. Make notes of everything and make an appointment to discuss this with someone privately in Security.
I know some would say this is tattleing....but you are doing your job and you will be protecting your future employment.
Good luck

Don't turn your head and get involved in it . Report it to someone, the Attorney General or Solitictor General in Ontario, if you're in Canada.
You'll display far more character and you'll be able to live with integrity by turning the 'bad boys and girls' in.
And then people wonder why the average Joe /Jane distrusts big business.
You know in your heart what you have to do. Best of luck.

Thats a judgment call based upon the type of business your company does (cuz some companies are corrput, people exploiting behemoths) but remember, if your not part of the solution, u may be apart of the problem. And if it ivolves higher ups, u should go to the FBI.

if it is a large problem report it directly and personally to the company's president or ceo, with enough evidence to back your claims but for now take the money and set it asside as evidence as to not draw attention to yourself frome others who might want revenge for bringing them down..............
i don't believe in ratting people out but its not the same if you report it to the person who's actually being robbed.
but of course, if the company you work for treats its employees like **** then they deserve the same thing in return.

Billion dollar companies can afford massive lawsuits and can afford to employ spies steer clear of this one and preferably tell someone high up the company via anonymous email explaining your situation. Unless you work for mcdonalds or microsoft, if so give them a hand loading the van!

Go up even higher then, up to where you think it'll matter. That's a lot of money for a company to be losing, regardless of how much they net.

dont take the money, and look away. Dont get involved in this at all. You might not realize who you are dealing with.
If you can afford to quit your job, then tell.. otherwise, keep your job, and your income.
