If you decide to pursue any avenue, you had better have your facts straight and all your I's dotted and T's crossed! The proof had better be there because if you're going on some whimsical probability, the attorney can come back and sue your *** off!!!

However, if you know for fact and have valid proof, I would go for it and burn his ***!!!!! Some of these lawyers today have huge cayonies and are very eager to fleece you and way they can!!!!

Appeals court and also report the lawyer to the bar association, they have a special department that deals with stuff like that.

If you feel there has been a violation,then go to your phone directory and Look up Attorney referral,tell them your complaint,see if he has other complaints filed against the Law Firm.They will give you a number to call, and file.

Arm yourself with proof and go to the Disciplinary Board for Lawyers, or its equivalent in the U.K.
