Coragryph: Israel violates treaties regularly - its a habit. It owes its existence to a UN resolution but is able to ignore them at will (about 71 at the moment):

In this specific case, of course it is possible to argue that anything goes in a war for your own side but the other side must be punished so this and that. The fact is that we all have some concept that deliberately targeting non-combatants such as women, children and old people is wrong, otherwise we cant call ourselves human being.

Let's ignore for the moment that fact that denial of territory is a standard tactic in warfare for thousands of years, and that all the Israeli cluster munitions did was make sure forces couldn't move back into the abandoned regions quickly or easily.

What law did they break? Even if we give you that it was a nasty thing to do, was there a specific treaty they had signed or specific Israeli law that they violated?

War crimes is just a label. But any crime requires that the action violated some law or treaty. I'm not saying there wasn't one. But before throwing the label around, make your case. Find the law that you claim their broke.

Immorality breeds a similar response. When will Hezbollah and the Lebanese Government of which it is a member be prosecuted for similar crimes?

The fact that they were less successful at outrage than the Israelis doesn't make them any less culpable.

Kill one person or two and it's still murder. Unless it's in self-defense, which is what the question you posed boils down to: it was more than likely disproportionate. In Texas you still are acquitted; in England you are not.

Coz they have a full backing from the world police. Nobody can point a finger to Israel or claim that it has made a mistake. It have a good support for damaging or even destroying anybody it like, whenever its like.

Well why don't you go ahead and put your money where your mouth is? Hire a team of good lawyers and start a civil case. Oh...Don't forget to charge Hezbolla with launching rockets into cities, thereby intentionally targeting civilians.

Go home Islamofascist.

Hezbulah should be prosecuted for war crimes. They hide their weapons in civilian areas. They use women and children as shields.
