Judges are expected to help in the proper administration of justice. To help in illegal eviction is against the law and violative of the code of ethics for judges. Thus, file a case against the judge in the court neareast your residence.

Go over the head of the Magistrate (Judge); I'm sure that there is an ethics committee that can assist you in matters dealing with judges that overstep their authorities.

How do you know that the that the eviction notice is illegal? Did they follow the law? Were you properly served? HOW do you know? Were you supposed to pay rent? Do you have a contract or lease?

Speak with a licensed attorney, or go to one of the courts and ask one of the clerks to guide you in filing a grievance with the ethics committee that oversees Magistrates (or ask an attorney, which you may need anyway).
