How is this any different than lotion or perfume? In fact a quart of Wesson Oil is less likely to irrate the senses of someone with allergies.

1. If you are drenched, then you'll be dripping and that, of course, is a safety hazard.
2. Unless you will show up in a zip-lock bag or plastic suit as well, you may cause damage to furniture and equipment, and others will come in contact with it. Employers like to minimize those hazards.
3. Will it interfere with any of your daily duties or contact with potential customers?
4. Even if you do this, taking the most extreme precautions, covering all the bases, and doing your job, THEY WILL FIND ANOTHER REASON TO FIRE YOU.

No you don't have the right to be drenched in Wesson Oil and yes you can be fired for just about any reason.

Yes you can be fired for that, or for virtually anything else that isn't a specifically prohibited reason, such as race, religion, national origin...
Honestly, if no one cares that you are bothered by lotion or perfume, then you aren't high enough on the food chain to matter to them. That should tell you something right there.

If you are not meeting the dress code of the company they can send you home without pay. I can't imagine anyone being fired for this unless of course they start screaming that they have their rights.
