Get a good lawyer, the best you can afford, and attempt to appeal his case.

Don't let the answerers who are being negative on here get you down. A lot of people can be armchair quarterbacks and think they have all the answers when actually they are talking out of their @sses.

Good luck!

He conned you too? Oh, you poor thing.

Go ask every prisoner - that's what they say. All of them. They never committed such and such a crime. They are innocent. They have got the wrong man.

In your conjugal visits I wonder what he says to you - that still keeps you glued to him. He is in there for life. What are the chances of you ever leading a normal life.

Wake up, smell the coffee.

Divorce him. Everyone in prison says that they are innocent. To receive this harsh a sentence, he must have committed a heinous crime.

Start over. You can do it. Best wishes.

Did you marry him after he was convicted? Cause if so, you're asking this question a little late.

If this happend after marriage, than is he seeking appeals? What did he supposedly do? These days you can murder 10 people and get 10 years! I know a man in jail for life for attempted robbery, he didn't hurt anyone wasn't even armed!! You have to give us more details!

Get a divorce and move on ... even if he did not commit the crime, rarely will any evidence emerge to get that person released ... and if he did get released, the stigma of the incarceration will follow him evrywhere he goes, like when he tries to get a job ... better to move on with your life.

Do your own homework and not believe his word. If he's guilty - you made your bed and sleep in it. If he's innocent - move heaven and earth for a new trial and a path to release.
