But as it turns out, there is a law in Mass. about "Inducing a person under 18 to engage in sexual intercourse". The best I can tell, that means if she claims later that you seduced her and she was a virgin before that, you're in trouble. You can do up to three years in prison for that one. And there is also a law in Mass. against "fornication". That means that, technically, having sex with anyone you are not married to is a crime. It's a minor one, but a crime, nonetheless. You could end up with 3 months in jail if they really want to push the issue.
