I have someones drivers license number, Name and cell number but they wont give me their insurance. When they hit my car they never wrote it down and I was going to a chemistry final so I wasn't completely paying attention. I know it was my fault I am in this situation by not getting it at the scene, but is there anything I can do to get this fixed by them and find out their insurance?

Thank You

Do you think the registration should end after the prescribed probation/parole or last for a lifetime?

I don't support it and probably won't ever will. I am not condoning that persons actions, but shouldn't they have to spend the rest of their life in prison and think about what they have done? That would be the more fitting punishment.

This will have a single donor. I seem to recall the rules are stricter than for multiple donors. I also recall a website, that I can no longer find, for pro bono help in setting up a foundation. The mission of the foundation will be mathematics education.

I wanted a specific camera from a store, but they said they didn't have it in stock until a week from that day. So I bought another camera that I didn't want so that when the camera that I did want came in I would just exchange it. I went back a week later and they told me they're not getting that camera ever again. Is there any way I could get my money back if they have a store credit only policy?

Well the way I look at Why isn't marijana legal......tabacco is and in my opion alot more addictive and harmful then marijuana. Marijuana if legal could also help our economy many "drug dealers" and "weed farmers" make thousands even millions off the herb why if we want to help our economy why not legal it? Why cant we make millions? This could not only bring money but also work! So give me your feed back i would be glad to hear it.

We are a nation that separates Church and State. Why then is our Congress wasting valuable debating time voting on referendums condemning the Chinese government for appointing Catholic bishops without Vatican approval. Seems they should be spending more time resolving our own problems.

The theft has been proven by Bev Harris of Blackboxvoting.org and others, and yet it is ignored. It is also proven by statistics, and yet it is ignored.

I'm 47 & my fiance is 33; She plead guilty to having 'chemicals with intent to manufacture' & is serving her two years for the possession thereof. The state of Texas wants to get me on the same charge, even though she plead guilty with the understanding that, in doing so,they would release me, which they did, & with the hope that, by doing so, that would absolve me of any duplicity in the crime, which it obviously has not! They wish to beat a dead horse with this case since, having been out on a public recognizance bond for over a year now, I have not engaged in nor been arrested for any further illegal activity & have been under intense scrutiny via random urinalysis, weekly monitoring of my activities by a probation officer in addition to weekly group counselling & bi-monthly individual one-on-one counselling. I cannot take the stand in my own defence since I have nothing further to add to my case' defence & by doing so would allow the prosecution to bring up my previous convictions.
