You're probably wondering if he's "stimulated", if its actually rape. And yes, it is. There are times when our bodies just react, despite the fact we don't really want them to. It also happens with women. A purely physical reaction is not consent. And there is legal precedence for it.

No, it's usually not punished to the same degree as when a male does it to a female. The term 'Force' is a relative term since I was coerced once into having intercourse with a deranged woman, which was quite pleasurable until I discerned that she was deranged & sadly enough, Yes, I was even blackmailed into having not only intercourse but providing oral sex to a Very fat woman once. It's really not funny either cuz I'm now very biased towards Fat people, especially women, because of it & while technically, rape is considered penetration of the subject by the perpetrator, I feel that rape should be thought of as forcible sex because it can & does make an otherwise pleasurable & beautiful thing rather difficult to overcome in the future.

It has happened, although can't name any cases off the top of my head. She can face the same punishment as a man. Although let's face it she will get in less trouble. Take for example that teacher that raped that kid and had his baby.
Oh by the way I just remembered a local case where a female use a sex toy to rape a guy. It was at a local college. These two guys and this girl thought the guy told the police about their drugs. So to get him back the guys held him down and she did rape him. They were all convicted so yeah I can say it was rape.

Well, obviously you can't force a man to have sex with you, that isn't what happens when someone rapes a man...
It should be punishable in the same way as it's just as traumatic for a man to be raped as it is for a woman, and I think perhaps men might feel more shame because of it.

Having done victim counseling for people who suffered sex abuse, I can tell you that men absolutely can be raped (using the common, not necessarily legal, definition of the term). And it's just as traumatic for men, regardless of how the penetration occurred.
As to the legal definition, here's California law:
"CPC 261. (a) Rape is an act of sexual intercourse accomplished with a person not the spouse of the perpetrator, under any of the following circumstances: (1) Where a person is incapable... of giving legal consent. ... (2) Where it is accomplished against a person's will by means of force, violence, duress, menace, or fear of immediate and unlawful bodily injury on the person or another. (3) Where a person is prevented from resisting by any intoxicating or anesthetic substance, or any controlled substance, and this condition was known, or reasonably should have been known by the accused.
CPC 262. (a) Rape of a person who is the spouse of the perpetrator is an act of sexual intercourse accomplished under any of the following circumstances: (1) [same as #2 above] (2) [same as #3 above] ...
CPC 263. The essential guilt of rape consists in the outrage to the person and feelings of the victim of the rape. Any sexual penetration, however slight, is sufficient to complete the crime."
If the law makes no gender distinction, then it would be punishable to the same extent. Whether it actually would be punished would depend on the circumstances.

I've heard of it happening before; it's usually anal penetration. They could also force the man to perform sex acts on the woman that don't require penetration. I also think that in some stressful situations, men can sometimes get an erection. It is the same punishment by law, but proving it can get a bit tricky, since it's so commonly believed that if a guy gets laid, he's lucky.

if a man is capable of raping, so too a woman. but when it comes to punishment, there exists a double standard. women go through a less severe degree of punishment than the guys. tough, but that's how the world works.

Yes, though not as often as men to women. It seems to happen most often to children, but a woman could force a man with drugs or physical force. Even if a man is arroused, if he says no and it happens anyway, it's rape.

it has been known to happen but it doesn't hold the same weight in court. A guy is pretty pathetic if he gets out muscled by a women.
I mean even the strongest women in the world couldn't rape me because she would get KO'd real quick, lol. Unless she was hot and then I would only resist a litltle.
