This will have a single donor. I seem to recall the rules are stricter than for multiple donors. I also recall a website, that I can no longer find, for pro bono help in setting up a foundation. The mission of the foundation will be mathematics education.

try asking LotteryWest for information. They are the primary financiers for hundreds of non-profit organisations across Western Australia.
