Usually, it will be somewhere in the vincinity of a 2nd-4th degree felony, and each time you do it it is a new charge. So, unless you want to spend alot of time in jail, don't do it

You might be given a chance to make the check good by paying the amount in CASH, but chances are you will be arrested and have to go to trial.

Thats theft by check over 500.00 dollars, its also a class b felony in most states.
