It is one thing to suspect something and another to prove it, I am sure if it was investigated it would be proved one way or the other. But it will never be investigated as those in power would not benefit from it. They may even be guilty of it.

Statisitcs alone can only prove correlation, not causation and thus are insufficent grounds for prosecution under US law. I don't buy into grand conspiracy theories that 'those in power' refuse to investigate election fraud because of the nature of our advesarial system. We have a zero sum win-lose system, there is no incentive for collusion at the grassroots level. Have you ever met a local election official? They are the very definition of grassroots civic particpation and generally take their charge extremely seriously.

We don't even get prosecutions when the Commander-in-Sheik stands up and publically admits to violation of federal law.

What makes you think that unproven allegations have any chance?

you have to remember that lawyers do not go after each other. They think it is ok to break the law so long as it is one of them and not John Q Public. I have always said that lawyers should not be allowed to run for office nor be in charge of anything to do with honesty. and remember, judges are lawyers.
