This act says if you drink or do drugs and someone thinks it's to much they can call the authorities and have them committed into rehab against their will............

This goes for anyone...I could call the cops on my neighbor two blocks down after he has had two beers and they will arrest him and commit him automatically for 72 hours into a rehab.......

How do I feel about this act? It is just another way of beginning to establish the "thought police" in this country. Same thing goes for Child & Protective Services though. If you even think that a kid is being abused you can just call them and they come out and do a full home inspection, open a file, and keep your name permanently on file.
We need to go back to having a sense of personal responsibility and self in this country. It is not hte government's job to prevent us from drinking, smoking, doing drugs, having abortions, having sex, etc... but that is what we can thank the last century worth of liberalism for.

Would you do it for someone you loved? A spouse? A daughter? A son? A grandchild? Soemtimes tough love is the best love. And deep down inside, if someone really has that bad of a problem, they are screaming in their head for help as well.
