A death penalty question. Who amongst you could end another person's life? Before you answer this, take some time to think about living with your decision. This person never committed a crime against you or any of your loved ones and you have no connection to the crime. You are only the executioner. I do not think it is an easy thing to do. Maybe you do. Understand you have to live with your action for the rest of your life - every time you close you eyes you will see the moment of that individuals death - you will never be able to change what you have done. I believe that if you are truely an advocate of the death penalty then you have to be able to 'do the job' yourself. If you are a Christian - as I am - can you ever justify murder?

Thank you for reading. Now have your say.

I am 17 years of age living in Georgia. I just started working for a kisok in a local mall. My manager is a very slick seemingly evil person...atleast thats how most people perceie him including me. So on day 1 i worked from 11-6 (mall closes at 9) he closed the shift. Day 2 i worked from 11-6 as well. Again, he is the one that closed. So on day 2, right after he closed, he called me and told me that I was 100 dollars short and that I was responsible for it. And i know for certain that there was no money taken out of the drawer. He has been having trouble paying his rent and i believe that he is taking my money as an excuse. He can simply be lying about the short money. Or he simply could have taken the money out of the drawer himself. What can i do?? I am under 18. and he pays me under the table thanks

I live in Florida and many people keep telling me that turning left on red at certain intersections is legal. Such an intersection would be at two one-way roads. I don't think it's legal.

Sex for money is illegal, but could this work in a police sting? When the hooker to gets in your car say "I will not pay you for sex but I will pay you if you ride around in my car and keep me company. And by the way, would you like to have sex?"

No one wants to take on a "non profit agency" that pays the CEO $618,000.00 yearly. They also only want open & shut cases. What happened to the lawyers willing to fight?

If I gripe about the wage, I will be "laid off." But I am earning a third of what the posted prevailing wage is supposed to be. (It is for a contractor, at a University-site job.) Should I wait 3-4 weeks til the job is over, and then try to claim back wages? or just go to the local L & I office, and make them be the bad guy?

Some of us need to have prostitution, think of all the poor people who are unable to hold a relationship, weather it be from a physical or mental disability, or even a problem that they don't want to deal with.

So how might one go about tiring to help make prostitution fully legal in the US?

If abortion is murder and the death penalty is quite obviously murder, how can you defend one but not the other? Killing is killing no matter what the rationale.

My own opinion is that abortion does have a place in a free and liberal society. Not as a form of contraception, but where the mother has had no choice in the conception (rape etc..) or if the mother's life were to be endangered by the pregnancy. A blanket outlawing of abortion is ill conceived (excuse the pun) as it takes no account of the way the world really is. You may also push abortion underground where there are no safeguards for mother or baby.

Whilst the death penalty is unjustifiable in any circumstance - it does not act as a deterant as most crimminals do not believe they will be caught. Therefore it use can only be seen as society's retribution. Get it wrong and we all have blood on our hands.

If you have bothered to read all of this, then thank you. Now you have your say.
