do they HAVE to come back to their parents house or is that other country out of their jursitiction.

it would become and international incident and more then likely the country would not like all the heat they get from not forcing you to return but it also depends on what country because there are some that we do not have extradition with and you would be charged with the crime of running away so them might just let you stay, 99% of countries will send you home when they find out about it

I saw a story on comcast.net (but I bet it's all over the place), about a girl who tried to go to leave the country to be with some guy she met on myspace. I cant exactly remeber what happened to her, except that she didnt make it to where she was going, and went back home.

Maybe if you look up that story it will tell you more? I'm just thinking fast here.

LMAO I agree with Josh, If you leave your country into another country you would be breaking so many immigration laws and may start something between the 2 countries and you and your parents.

Yes, they can be forced to come back. And it would be a federal case, since the FBI would be the ones searching for you.
