Sex for money is illegal, but could this work in a police sting? When the hooker to gets in your car say "I will not pay you for sex but I will pay you if you ride around in my car and keep me company. And by the way, would you like to have sex?"

Yes this could be refuted by a good attorney but in the meantime back at the ranch someone is sitting in jail waiting for the trial just because sex was involved and that will be the deciding factor in the case as to legal or not legal. Sex is sex to the law, I don't think prostitution should be illegal because its a woman's prerogative as what she wants to do with her body. For every law out there there is a way to get around it until it becomes case law which means that someone refuted the previous law and either beat it or didn't beat it and they made a new law because of it. It would only work until the end of the trial and then they would be re-writing a new law because of it. Oh well, it is aways worth trying though.

I think if sex was the ultimate goal it would still be illegal. However, escort services are very popular, and I'm sure a few of the hired "dates" have come inside for "coffee" LOL

if you think about it everyone gets payed for sex maybe not saying it straight out but they do. what about if a guy asks a girl let me take you to the movies then they go back to his house you know the guys thinking

and the girl is thinking somthing the same
many people do sexual favors for different things , objects, favors, and money
