What are the 'tell-tale' signs? Or is this just a reaction to the 'mass paranoia' induced by the NSA wiretapping story leakage by the New York Times? Should we care?

...for businesses to sell drug paraphernalia (like roach clips and crack pipes) when it is illegal for individuals to be "in possession" of these items. Are the businesses not "in possession" before they sell them and encouraging possession of such items when they do sell them.

I have seen so many stores selling them openly these days and I wonder how they can be allowed to do this.

I am applying for a position at a discount brokerage firm that deals with stocks and bonds. The job requires high security clearances. I am wondering if my juvenile records will show up if I apply for the position and they do a FBI criminal background check on my history.
I have gone to the courthouse and have all of my records sealed. I have not engaged in any criminal activity ever since I have turn 18; which is about 5 years ago. Not a bad person, just a wild one.

They seem to collect and trade demographic information about us, our credit card transactions, our social security numbers, and our bank and credit account numbers.

Do they have a right to this information? Can they keep it safely? Do they use it well? Can we get that information back?

This should be a slam dunk. Do you think torture is acceptable? No. How do people stray from that? Do they not have an education? Are they following the example of their leaders? How? How is the percentage of people who think torture is okay not the same as the percentage of people who think the Earth is round?

I worked for a doctors office who fired me and they said that I did not abide by a HIPAA guideline. But they have a nurse working for them who says she has not a current nursing license in 10 years. Surely that is a big HIPAA violation also. She has also given my husband an injection. Can we bring any legal actions against them for the nurse not having a license?

When are we going to learn! Give terrorists an inch and they will take a yard. All the supreme court did today in its mission for human rights is taken away the human rights of most british people and given a big thumbs up to the terrorists (go ahead nobody is goping to dare stop you now) !!!!!

This is my opinion, critisise me and say what you like. I just hope and pray most habe the same opinion as me on the matter.
