Only if you got caught.
But if you did get caught the...
Without bringing the feds into this..
Robbing a bank = Robbery ORC 2911.02
with a gun = Aggravated Robbery ORC 2911.01
Shooting people in the face afterward = Criteria for imposing death or imprisonment for a capital offense ORC 2929.04(A)7 - The offense was committed while the offender was committing.....aggravated robbery.....
Shooting people in the face = Aggravated Murder ORC 2903.01(B)
You'd probably be looking at either the death penalty or live imprisonment... If it were up to me: death penalty.
Oh.. since it was a bank that was robbed.. I believe it would fall under federal jurisdiction.
EDIT: cussing out the manager is not against the law. However if there were children or others present the cop could go with Disorderly conduct ORC 2917.11(A)2
Shooting 4 people in a bank might also get you with Inducing Panic ORC 2917.31(A)3

im confused, i mean you cant seriously think that there is even a chance of that person not being arrested and most likely jailed for life! now if there is not enough evidence to support that this man commited the crime he could get off because you are innocent until proven guilty. but if the police know he did it and have enough evidence then he/she will be arrested and put in jailed

You would get arrested but a liberal lawyer and judge would get you out of your jail time as long as you told the courts you came from a bad home.
