Killing more than one person is generally considered murder with special circumstances which makes you eligible for the death penalty. You will certainly serve life without possibility of parole (saves money on court time).

The other person is probably correct: if you are rich or semi famous your chances of getting off go way up. The justice system is for sale just like politicians.

It depends on whether or not the judge who does the sentencing got laid before he had to decide. If he did, maybe 6 months, if he didn't 10000 years.

all depends on if it was pre meditated (1st degree) which sounds like it would be if you're having to ask the question.. lessor if it wasn't premeditated and even less if it was negligent homocide or manslaughter.

But that's just jail, you've also got the ETERNITY in HELL.

In NC about 10 yrs that is how long it takes to appeal your death penalty & die. Or as little as 5 years if they do not think you murdered to be mean. Crazy system!!!!!

You will get life in prison if it is manslaughter, and, depending on the state, you could get death penalty if it is considered murder.
