Why are they not charging her with the deaths of her other two children? It says in news articles that it is standard procedure in multiple slaying cases...but why? She killed all five of her babies, I think she should be charged with all five murders, not just three.

Its a killer plain and simple but its legal.

Alcohol kills the innocent and doesn't discriminate age or gender........it must be stopped.

If you think it should stay legal you are pro-killing innocent Americans, thanks Osama......

I was rewarded sole custody last Aug. over my 2 children from a previous marriage. The judge gave my ex-husband the right to see the children every other weekend and to continue paying child support ( which judge increased), I did not have a problem with it. However, Ex has only gotten the children for visitation 3 times since that ruling. Last time he spent time with them was this past Sept. He has not tried to communicate with the children in any form or made any attempt to see them. My question is, is there a time limit when this behavior can be considered abandonment? And what can or should I do? My ex has been in arrears many times of thousands of dollars. I took him to court for this and he is currently up to date now. I personally have no problem with him not showing, as we are like oil and water, but I wonder and worry how this void affects our children. It's been almost a year! We live in Virginia if that helps. Thanks for any advice.

Now I doubt I have 450 songs on my computer, let alone that I downloaded 450 songs that month that are copyrighted by Sony. They want a settlement of $3750 dollars or suggest i get a lawyer. Is this a scare tactic or am I really boned?

2 claims involved in the same case, one against the auto insurance company and one against the drivers' estate. Wrong claim was attempted on estate (should have been against the insurance company). It is 2 days past the statute of limitations. Any way to fix it?

A signing statement is wiriting a personal exemption to a bill before he signs it into law. Signing statements are legal, but Bush has used this 750 times. The average for a president is 6.

Liberal Senators have stricken to Ammendment to outlaw Flag burning on the basis that it should be allowed as a demonstration of free speach. I wonder what those same Liberal Senators would think about Bible (or Koran) burning!?

But invoking the name of Allah over and over and over again, while sawing living man's head off on video, isn't considered blasphemous?

(Remember children, this question has nothing to do with American public policy, don't show your own personal awe-inspiring idiocy by using the words: "Soldier, American, Christian, Jew, Hindu, Bush, Cheney, or Abu Gharib, etc", in your answers...)

Im currently 14yrs old working at a local computer store, My boss hasn’t paid me in around 23 days while I am supposed to be getting checks every 2 weeks (14 days). The place where I work is being transferred to a new owner in less then a week. Im wondering what I should to so I can secure my paycheck, but now since I refused to come to work for 3 days, and when I went back Monday (June 25th) to see if my check was ready, I was apparently not employed there anymore, and when I tried to contact my boss by calling her she would not answer the phone,I know she was availble when someone else tried calling her and she answered.

Right now, I am looking for any information I can have to guarantee my paycheck, but I was wondering if there was anyway I could report her as well, as she is here on a expired Visa and recently (December) got married in order to stay in the country.

If you need further explaination please Im me, My yahoo S/n is chimeitekisenotu, AIM Is kirbykirbykirby3 and Email/

I sighed a contract on Sat. for home security system. Because there's a trip plan coming up, so I had to pay $40 extra in order to get overnight shipping. Here is what the original agreement says about shipping information, "Standard shipping is free. Your system will arrive in 5-7 business days. If you would like your system to arrive overnight, there is an extra charge of $40. Please note that all orders received after 2 PM CT will not ship until the next day. If you select overnight shipping after 2 PM CST, your system will not leave our facility until the next business day and it will arrive to you on the following day. If you place an overnight order on Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out on Monday and arrive on Tuesday. " But I did NOT receive the system on the day they said. So I had to cancel it. But now they are going to charge me so many kinds of fees for it. I don't think it's reasonable. But they said it's because I signed the agreement. Is it right?
