Hum, I know if you are IN a car and the keys are in the ignition they can. Did he see the person in the car?

yes the police can arrest you for picking your nose. You should ask, after the arrest, could I be convicted? The standard the court uses is "beyond a reasonable doubt" that You were "driving" and "on a suspended license." Good luck, get your damn license

If you are pulled over with a suspended license, you will be arrested and taken to jail. I'm not sure what you mean about the "1000 feet away".

why are you driving with a suspended lic?? You are driving illegally. You lost your license by doing something dumb I suppose and now you're putting us LEGAL drivers at risk. How selfish and stupid can you BE???

If your license is suspended and you were driving the car, the distance between you and anything else doesn't matter.
