I am having a 2-year-old male labrador, light brown tan with a very disturbed and irritative behaviour. He is actually a cute fellow but with the behavior he is having it makes me more disturbed than love him or pamper him. He is actually a trained dog but still behaves like an untrained fellow, however, the doc says he may be requiring more food but he is already getting sufficient food. So can anyone help me out with this.

I recently got a cat and my dog is insanely jealous of him. I love my dog dearly and I don't want him to feel misplaced by the cat. He was a rescue dog, so he's really attached to me. He and the cat get along fine, they play together all the time, but when ever the cat comes near me or I pet him, my dog acts really jealous.
Does anyone have any suggestions about what I can do to help my dog feel less anxious about the cat being in his house?
Thanks in advance for your help!!

sometimes my healthy, 3-5 y/o medium chow mix
tries to throw up.. it's likes she hacks up to cough up
something but nothing ever comes out of her mouth..
and can this be at all from stress?
we found her and have had her for 2 months and 9 days now
i see her do this usually almost every day
i took her to the vet about 1 month ago (or less) (for shots)
and idk if she has ear mites or not, too..
she rubs her head sometimes on my leg or w/e else and scratches it sometimes when she's laying down (when i don't want to scrtach her tummy)
i clean her ears about ever 1 1/2 weeks but i can't tell or not..
about a month oago or a little more ago her ears got cleaned by someone else and she had ear mites then..
and is it normal for their ear wax to be red-ish brown?
thanks

Okay, so I have two "Beware of Dog" signs on my fence, on both sides. I let my dogs out to do whatever and a kid decides to jump my fence. He doesn't look to see if the dogs are out or not. He is walking across the yard and my dogs see him. The kid starts to run towards the back fence and doesn't make it. The dogs jump on the kid and start to bite him. Are you responsible for the medical bills? Do you think that I could get sued?
**This is just a hypothetical question. It didn't really happen.**

My Papillon puppy is getting seriously out of control when I try to trim his nails, he bit three people this afternoon just from trying to trim his nails. I tried the whole putting the trimmers on the ground to let him get used to them, tried the playing with his feet while he's calm, but he still freaks out. I dont know how to handle the freak outs, should I be the dominant one and pin him? His bites HURT, break skin. He's a sweet pup otherwise and is NEVER aggressive. I just dont know how to react when it happens, I end up getting really frustrated and yell and put him down and ignore him, but it gets worse everytime, I couldnt even get his nails trimmed this time. Should I get a muzzle and muzzle him and just do it? I dont want him to react this way when I'm not around, say at the vet's office. PLEASE HELP :( Also, I live in an area with no dog trainers :(

3 days after getting a female poodle mix she came into heat. We have never had an unaltered dog before and are unfamiliar with it. We have not let her out unsupervised except when know one is home, then we put her in our secure back yard with our fixed female golden. The neighbors dogs, both male broke through our fence they are both border collies, we are not sure if they mated or not. We had plan to have her fixed but cannot afford to do so if pregnant or in heat. I have heard about use of pennyroyal and blue cohosh to induce bleeding therefor terminating the pregnancy. I do not know and cannot find when it can be given I have read to give 1 tab daily for 2 weeks but when should I start giving it. Please help

Hey everybody! I'm getting ready to send my 3 month old Daschund's AKC paperwork in. I am only missing one thing...an "AKC" name. His "regular" name is Oliver. His mom is Little Miss Sweet Sassy Lacey and his dad is Red Hot Roper. (I think his mom's name is a little dorky.) Any input would be great! Thanks!

F white Shephard and M pointer/beagle mix. F is very hyperactive, more independent, extremely playful/agile and can be a little pushy w/humans, (barks when she drops the ball at your feet when she's ready to play fetch and you're not) but also very submissive and responsive to correction. M is very low-key, more stubborn, prefers sleeping and cuddling to playing ball, sometimes skiddish about strange things like walking anywhere NEAR a child safety gate (will bark and refuse to walk past it even if it is not restricting his access to the room). The M came into our home 4 wks before F and they're only 8 wks apart in age. The M is the one who is "allowed" to sleep in bed w/the humans. If the F is in bed with us and the M comes around, F hops right off - without any confrontation from M. Yet, F is very vocal of her jealousy when we greet them after being out. She mouths him, moans, rumbles, etc. If I praise the M - the F will come running downstairs to get in on the action.

I want to know what it takes to be a good breeder. What are the steps that you should take before you breed? How do you pick your *****? How do you pick out your stud? What are the things you need to watch for when the mommy is pregnant? How will you know when she is going to have puppies? How can you tell how many puppies she will have? Is there a way to tell if she is having problems delivering the pups? How much money can you make breeding puppies?

We just got her, shes about 8-12 months old. Her breed is German Shepard and something else. The raper "King Size" said 2.8 ounces but i don't know how much she weighs and i'm 16.. And i don't want my puppy to die, and i don't have money to take her to the vet, so if someone can please help me! She also has a full belly and she ate the chocolate about 20-30 mins ago and i don't see anything wrong. This is scary. Please respond fast.

My dog is pregnant and is due to deliver any day now. She has been pretty steady with her temperature, but everyone says that if her temperature drops to 98 degrees, she will have the puppies within 24 hrs. What does it mean now that her temperature went back up? Will she still have the puppies within 24 hours?

I know this lady who buys dogs and then dumps them as soon as a problem arise. Today she told me she dropped off her dog but didn't have to pay because she told them she was moving.

Is this possible? I thought when you drop off a dog you have to pay a fee.

Also the dog is a 11 mo black flat-coat retriever. Does he stand a chance?

My dogs have terrorised the street, barking and running after cars, now they are going for people and children. They won't stay tied up so it looks like i've no other choice, really sad about this, I have them nearly 4 years.
