First off - you never leave her unsupervised except when you aren't home. And when you weren't home, you left her OUTSIDE where unaltered males had free unrestricted access to her.
Well, wasn't that a little umday.
Also - now you want people to literally tell you how to poison the dog - such taht she aborts if she is pregnant.
How umday do you think we are?
Take her to the vet to get spayed - taht will be a WHOLE lot cheaper than whelping, and a WHOLE lot cheaper than IV fluids, or death because you poisoned your dog.

the thing is hun, no matta how set you are to doing this, you are also putting yourself at risk. putting aside the fact of what you are planning to do, you have to take in the fact that you can die from doin this. these things that you are so willing to take, can cause such uncontrollable bleeding, cramping. Did you know you can hemorrhage out in less than a minute? What if you faint? What if your heart is weak and didnt know it? Are you willing to have a heart attack? A stroke? Did you know that the chance of getting a massive uterine infection are greater? do you even know what that involves? the risks are too high for this. there are clinics you can go to, you dont have to involve your parents, or anyone else. Doin this on your own is just plain stupid. In the end it could be your parents putting you into the ground. And im sure no matter how scarred you are, if you just realize that your parents love you, and will help you. This will be the hardest thing you will ever face if you go through with this. No matter how set you are, you'll always look back.

My parents also were also ignorant of the necessity of neutering/spaying. When their Brittney got accidentally pregnant for the third time, they finally got her fixed. It was early enough in the pregnancy that the vet was still willing to do it, and it didn't cost any extra. The vets just confirmed there had been puppies because he saw some "small lumps" on the uterus wall.
At this point I would recommend that you try to do that. It would have been better to avoid the situation in the first place, but it seems like you might have learned from the experience.
Do not use the drugs you describe. Get your dog to a competent vet.

Look, call your Humane Society tomorrow and ask about low cost/no cost spay/neuter programs in your area. You are in some serious denial and you better scrape up the money it takes to spay because its a lot cheaper than dealing with a litter of puppies and then a spay.
I had my neigbhors dog spayed and I was able to purchase a voucher from the Humane Society for $55 for the surgery. That should be affordable to you. Just give up internet access for a couple of months.

I believe you have incorrect info here. If your dog is newly pregnant, your vet should be able to do the spay without any extra cost. Why on earth would you want to poison your dog? If you have a heart you will take the dog to the vet to be spayed.
Note: I bet a spay costs about as much as the computer you are on right now, so why don't you sell it and then you will have the money to take care of a living thing?

I have never heard of this to work to abort pups. You really need to get her into the vets and have her spayed right now! Your were less than careful by allowing a female in heat outside. What did you think your golden was supposed to do, Defend her against males?? Your being really irresponsible by not having her spayed now.
Those herbs wont work and the only thing they may do is to get your little dog very, very ill.

Having your dog spayed now (or soon) would be your best bet. I don't think it should cost significantly more if she's in heat or pregnant. Herbal remedies might induce an abortion, or they might not, or they might cause problems that will be even more expensive than spaying.
You might call your local SPCA or Humane Society to see if they have any reduced-cost spay programs. Or you could call your vet and explain things to see what they recommend. They might be willing to work something out with you.
Good luck!

It's not going to be any more expensive to spay your dog while she's pregnant. If you wait a long time, yes, but if you take her now, no.
Please don't try to give your dog herbs to make her abort. This doesn't work with women either. Look how many women killed themselves trying to abort children. Please don't do this to your dog. I'm begging you.
If you can't afford to spay her, most vets offer payment plans. You can also contact your humane society and ask them about low cost spay/neuter clinics. They will be more than happy to help you.
Please please don't poison your dog.
Thank you.

Bad idea! What you can, and should do, is have her spayed now. If she is pregnant, it will cost a little extra, but if she did mate with a border collie, the puppies will probably kill her!

OMG.. You have got to be kidding me??
The essential oil of pennyroyal should NEVER be used internally even in small amounts it is a deadly poison, and is not a pleasant way to die.
It's cheaper to spay your pet.. Than it will be to pay the fine when you are charged with animal abuse.. Poisoning your dog to death is abuse.. It's ILLEGAL..
