She is two months old. Its a female. She wouldn't eat her dinner. I feed her three times a day and I gave her plenty of water. She was fine this morning. I fed her and in 30 minutes I walked her and she did her business. Later that afternoon I fed her, but not as much as the same as the morning. She ate her lunch and I walked her in 30 minutes after her lunch. She didn't poop, or pee during after lunch walk. She just stood in one shady spot and laid there for a few minutes. I wanted her to have more exercise so I gave her a little push, but she wouldn't budge. At dinner time around 8, just now. I gave her some food, she ate only a little, and didn't want to eat anymore. So I decided to give her some water, and she drank it all. After she finished and sat there and did nothing. She so of made a croaking sound like when we, humans have hiccups. I tried to walk her just now and she wouldn't move. She just laid there, and she looks restless. Is anything wrong with my husky????

My beagle has been doing this weird coughing/snorting/breathing thing, which most people (including the vet) tell me is reversed sneezing and nothing to worry about. When I look up the symptoms online however, they come up for reverse sneezing and collapsed trachea, which does need to be treated. If anyone knows how to tell the difference between the two I would appreciate the input. Thanks!

My 3 puppies ( yikes, i know) have learned how to pee on the puppy pads, but when it comes to pooping, they go everywhere EXCEPT for the pad.
Some people would say to put the dogs in the fence during the day to help with the indoor mess. But my dogs are NOT outside dogs. They are snow dogs with LONG thick hair and it is 100+ degrees out here during the day. So that wont work
Does it have something to do with the fact that they are all boys? or is it the breeds? ( 1 is a Siberian Husky, 1 is a Giant Alaskan Malamute, and 1 is a pomeranian) Why can't they use the pad for number two? I have even tried putting down several pads.
What can I do? I am tied of having to scrub the floor.

Someone dropped the dog off at our house, and he is soo skiddish, but already has become quite protective of us. I just wish he would let us close enough to pet him and love on him. He wont even come close if we are offering food, so we have to just leave it where he can get it and leave or he wont eat.

My small chihuahua/jack russell terrier mix just got her shots yesterday, and everything seemed fine. Today she's been acting a little tired and has a bump at the site of the shot. I touched it and she started to yelp a bit. She's eating just fine, and drinking water just fine. Should I be worried?

I have two beautiful dogs, should I breed them? They are both pure breads, and registered. I mean, I can make tons of money off their puppies, right? My male and female need to experience parenthood, so I should deprive them, should I? And it is so much fun raising little puppies. I know I can find them homes! We have a Flea Market right down the road where I can take them when they get to be about 6 weeks old! I mean I LOVE my dogs, so they should have puppies! They are healthy! I took them to the vet last year for their shots and they are just fine!

I recently moved north and left my dog behind, now that I fould a nice studio I am thinking of having her shipped (she is a toy poodle, one year old in 3 days ;-). But I don't know how she'll take to the cold (my old home was summer year round). How she'll take to a studio (500 sq. ft.), and away from my mother and brothers (she was always closest to me by far though).
I want her with me, but I don't want to make her unhappy just to please me.

I know a dog owner who feeds their dog on purely human food. My mother gave her yorkshire terrier chocolate every night and he died of diabetse. Every time I try to tell these owners about what they are doing I am cast as a monster and I don't understand that the bond between the owners and their "soul mate". I love Domestic pets, why do we kill what we love?

I have a cocker spaniel and her fur drags around and she's very stinky all the time. She's an inside dog but it rains a lot where I live and when I take her to pee outside she gets wet and that makes the smell even worse. I heard you're not supposed to bathe them more than once a month, is that true?

I wash her with a senative oatmeal dog shampoo, and she doesn't have fleas. I keep her hair cut short to make sure she doesn't overheat. She is an inside dog, but gets plenty of exercise because we have a huge fenced in yard.

I think its part because she has really dry skin, are their any treatments i can do to relieve her itching? Like a type of soak or something?

we tried the bitter spray and the tobasco sauce but it does not help. we also tried telling him no and he ignores us. He is just 6 months and i know puppy's chew but he will chew anything.

we put things on the kitchen counter just so he cant get to it but that does not stop him he some how manages to reach it and chew it just to chew.

for example he chewed through the padding on a trampoline. he chews chairs, garbage, board games, clothes, toys and more.
