She is two months old. Its a female. She wouldn't eat her dinner. I feed her three times a day and I gave her plenty of water. She was fine this morning. I fed her and in 30 minutes I walked her and she did her business. Later that afternoon I fed her, but not as much as the same as the morning. She ate her lunch and I walked her in 30 minutes after her lunch. She didn't poop, or pee during after lunch walk. She just stood in one shady spot and laid there for a few minutes. I wanted her to have more exercise so I gave her a little push, but she wouldn't budge. At dinner time around 8, just now. I gave her some food, she ate only a little, and didn't want to eat anymore. So I decided to give her some water, and she drank it all. After she finished and sat there and did nothing. She so of made a croaking sound like when we, humans have hiccups. I tried to walk her just now and she wouldn't move. She just laid there, and she looks restless. Is anything wrong with my husky????

I think she is just tired.... puppies dont have as much energy as adult dogs. Also if she isnt hungry thats ok, I only feed my dogs twice a day they wouldnt eat anymore than that. Your dog is only 2 months old... one walk a day is enough for a baby that old she is probably just tired and wants to sleep... as for the sounds, it sounds like she just had the hiccups which again is common in puppies as they swallow alot of air while eating and drinking. If you are worried take her to the vet but if you ask me you are just expecting too much out of a 2 month old pup... one walk of about 20 minutes a day is probably all she needs until she is older. As she grows and matures she will need more excercise but at 2 mons she is still a baby who needs naps and cant walk very far without getting tired.
PS a 2 month old husky probably needs only 2 cups of food a day, so once in the morning and once at night. any more than that and its just overfeeding her. As she gets older she will need to eat more, by the time she is an adult she should eat 3-4 cups a day. Some dogs eat less some more, but in general for a large breed dog (50-100lbs) its 3-4 cups. Also water should be available at all times and she should be able to drink freely.. except at night to prevent accidents you can put her dish of water up when you go to bed. Until she is older and can hold it.

She may just simply have the hiccups. My husky had a violent case of the hiccups just the other morning. Sometimes huskies won't always eat when you put food out. Most huskies will simply eat only what they want and that's it, they won't just eat to be eating. If she hasn't went pee or poop since early in the day (before lunch), that is not a good sign and you should seek out the advice of a trusted vet. As for her standing in the shady spot, she may just want to be lazy outside. My husky gets in his lazy moods and doesn't really do much on them days. Sometimes that just like to lay and check out the neighborhood. It is possible that she just wants to watch people/cars pass by and it more entertained outside than inside.

It seems that you are doing everything in excess. She is just a baby. Give her less food, do not take her out so soon. Wait an hour. You can empty her water bowl as many times as you want but do not force her to eat or drink. Just make sure her food and water is available. For a huskey, she will grow large when she is older. When you wake up in the morning, take her out first. Then give her about half a cup of food. If you are offering her both wet and dry food, give her less of each. The dog will see the things you are doing for her and learn.
Give her this small amount of food once in the morning and then again in the evening. Not the afternoon. This way the food is available to her during the night. As she gets older, you will learn how well she eats her food. You can give more to her at that point.
Also, do not pay attention to what a bag of dog food says in terms of puppy and adult food. Give her small pieces at first. The bigger chunks she can eat as she gets older. Sometimes adult dog food is better.

It's not normal for a puppy not to eat. She could have a virus or ate something that upset her digestive system or she has parasites. If she was happy and jumping around and acting fine, I wouldn't worry so much, but the fact that she is depressed is not good. She really needs to see a vet. If she has something like parvo, then the difference between going to the emergency room tonight and waiting until the morning could be life and death.

If she has been vaccinated against parvo I would not worry alot. Keep an eye on her if she continues feeling lethargic and not eating in the next 12 hours I think you should take her to the vet tomorrow. Puppies with parvo usually stop eating first then they start vomiting and having diarrhea after that the start having bloody vomit and diarrhea. if yo see any of this get her to the vet as soon as you can

Get the dog to the vet. Your description is too confusing. Did you walk the dog for 30 min right after it ate, or wait 30 min after eating and then walk?
GET TO A VET... lethargy is always a clue to dog illness.

Has your puppy had all it's shots? If not it's possible she has parvo. A siberian husky puppy should be extremely active, I've had them skip a day eating, but never not be active. She needs a trip to the vet.

You need to see a Vet now.
Your pet is lethargic, becoming anorexic, the symptoms will only increase from here.
Have your pet tested for worms (2part test)
and tested for Parvo virus
Vaccines start at 6wks of age, does your pet have vaccines? Even if so they are not protected until at least 3 vaccines 3wks apart.

If it's hot where you are that might be the problem. Try to cool her off with a damp washcloth. Also you could cool her paws off too. Dogs can lose their appetite when it's hotter outside. If cooling her off doesn't work let your vet know. They may want to check her out. All the best;^)

I have never had that happen before. I'm thinking that maybe she is exhausted, and just needs a couple days to rest.Well, that is all I can really say. I hope your puppy starts to feel better.Good Luck
