I have a year old staffy who is a very fussy eater. What is the best food to give him to help build him up and will give him all the nutrients and vitamins that he needs for healthy strong bones?

Okay so I saw a RedBull comercial today.
A short floppy eared hound walks by a great dane.
Little hearts shoot out of their eyes.

But the short dog [the male] surveys the Dane and realizes...it wont work out...so he grabs a redbull and tada...wings.
[later shows little dane/hound puppy]

My question is, through artificial ensemination could a chiwawa and newfoundland [or any small/big combo] have babys?

I guess I dont understand how one species of animal can be so diverse, yet still...erm...mix

Is this normal? When my dog was a puppy, she reccomended that we mixed her dry dog food with water. We did and she ate it day after day. Now she's 7 years old and shes still eating that gross, mushy food. Her vet hasnt mentioned the food yet. Is this normal that she's still eating this food? Should we ask her vet? Or should we just switch her? Thanks.

I found a dog (He looks like a maltese/yorkie) in my neighborhood about 4 days ago and after posting flyers everywhere and asking every single person who the dog belonged to and not finding an owner, we decided to keep him.By looking at his white teeth, we guess he's about 6 months old.

When we first got him, he was covered in fleas. So we bought him a flea shampoo, flea collar, hair brush, tear stain remover, ect. While I gave him a bath, I noticed a half opened scab. When I finished removing it I noticed a flea had been under the scab. I took the flea out with a tweezer and killed it. Then, after I finished bathing him, I dried him and noticed he had many scabs on his skin. I know I shouldn't have but I peeled one off thinking maybe another flea would be inside, but there was nothing and the scab ripped off with a couple strands of hair.

I'm very worried, because he also has these scabs under his ears.

My neighbor has 7 or 8 dogs in the backyard of a tiny urban rowhouse. They bark at all hours of the day and night. Their excrement is covering the concrete in the backyard and is a health hazard as flies are now rampant. I've spoken with my landlord several times, and she's talked with the dog owner. There is still no resolution. What steps should I take next to either get the dog owner to properly care for these animals or have them taken away?

hey, my dog, Ruby, is a 1 year 2 month year old Golden Retriever. She gets very excited when people come to our house, jumping and barking and stuff like that. Usually it gets to be that she has to be put in her kennel because she scares the little kids, sometimes knocking them over. We don't know what to do about it, please, anyone, give me some advice! And DON'T suggest getting rid of her, we won't do that. Just some real ways that work! thank you!

Our miniature poodle lost a dewnail on her right front paw. With NSAID's, she's mostly recovered and only limps slightly. This happened about a month ago, and we see no sign of the nail growing back (although it might have started to, and we haven't noticed).

Have you ever noticed that dogs love to rip apart dog toys to get to the squeeker, then they puncture the squeeker, and then they lose interest in the toy. Is there something about the pitch of the squeeker that hurts there ears or something?

My dog has a very sensitive stomache and I don't know what to feed her. If I give her canned food then she throws it up. If I give her dry food she won't eat it. She just sniffs it and go away. It's never touched.

Some people say to try the science diet? Can somebody explain to me what it is and how it helps?

I have taken up a new hobby of making brands. I have tried one on my arm and my buddy Dain had me put one on his arm this past weekend. I want to know if anyone has put one on their dog? That way if he gets lost people will know who he is by looking at his side. I will hopefully get this done by tomorrow.
